BEGINNER FAQ
I don't have a dance background. Will I be ok?
Absolutely. MOST students do not have any type of dance background whatsoever. This is not a structured dance class where you use counts. You find your own inner rhythm and moves that suits your body
What do I wear
Please wear leggings/capris and fun top. Heels are optional
Is there free parking?
Yes. We have over 100 free parking spaces. No need to stress about that! (thank goodness)
Am I strong enough to do this? It looks hard
Absolutely! We have an incredible beginners program. Everything you learn at this workshop is 100% attainable by all fitness levels. We were all beginners at one time.
